Direct OEM Substitute – Spec-for-Spec Replacement Without the Brand Markup

For large-chain foodservice operators, coffee filter performance is not a matter of preference—it is a matter of operational consistency. A filter that fails to maintain uniform flow rate across batches creates extraction variance, which directly impacts product quality across hundreds or thousands of locations. A filter that lacks wet strength during high-volume service cycles risks blowouts, grounds bypass, and equipment downtime.

We engineer our commercial flat bottom coffee filters to eliminate these variables. Every specification—dimension, fiber composition, basis weight, wet burst strength, and flow rate—is benchmarked against original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards for commercial drip brew baskets.

Our manufacturing facility operates under FSSC 22000-certified food safety protocols. We supply foodservice distributors, roasteries, and bulk coffee filters for restaurants across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets.

Dimensional Reference – Matching Your Brew Basket

Select the correct filter by measuring your brew basket’s bottom flat section diameter—not the top rim opening. This ensures a proper seat and prevents grounds bypass during the brew cycle.

Regulatory & Certification Portfolio

Our coffee filters are certified for food contact use across all major regulated markets. This portfolio meets the supplier qualification requirements for national restaurant chains, contract feeders, and retail private-label programs.

CertificationScopeMarket Relevance
FDA 21 CFR 176.170Food-contact paper and paperboard complianceMandatory for U.S. market entry – all foodservice buyers require documented FDA compliance
EU LFGB (Germany)Food-contact material safety – includes organoleptic (odor/taste) testingRequired for EU market access; LFGB standards exceed FDA requirements on sensory and extractables testing
FSC Chain-of-CustodyFiber sourcing from certified sustainable forestsRequired by foodservice operators with ESG procurement mandates (major QSR chains, hospitality groups)
PFAS RSL ScreeningND (non-detect) for PFOA, PFOS, and related perfluorinated compoundsIncreasingly required in U.S. state-level regulations (CA, NY, MA, ME); positions product for PFAS-restricted markets
Intertek FCM ComplianceThird-party food contact material validationIndependent third-party verification adds credibility for QA audits; Intertek is widely recognized in food packaging supply chains
China GB 4806National food safety standard for food-contact paper and paperboardRequired for foodservice buyers sourcing into Greater China markets

Quality Assurance – Process Controls, Not Just Lab Reports

Regulatory certificates establish compliance. Process controls ensure consistency.

Our manufacturing controls include:

In-line basis weight monitoring – ensures grammage remains within specification across all production runs

Wet burst strength testing – validated to withstand high-volume commercial brew cycles without tearing or grounds bypass

Flow rate validation – each batch is sampled and tested for porosity consistency to eliminate brew time variation between cartons

Traceability – each production lot is recorded against raw material batch numbers for full recall readiness

Ordering & Commercial Terms

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): One 20-foot container (standard dry container). Container utilization is calculated based on carton dimensions and packaging configuration – contact our logistics team for palletization and cubic loading specifics.

Lead Time: 20 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. This applies to both full container load (FCL) and less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments. Expedited production may be available for urgent initial qualification orders – inquire with our commercial team.

Sample Policy: Complimentary samples are available for machine validation prior to order placement. Shipping charges are borne by the requesting party. This allows procurement, operations, and QA teams to conduct in-situ testing before volume commitment.

Shipping & Payment: Flexible trade terms available (FOB, CIF, EXW). We accept T/T and L/C payment structures. Direct container consolidation available for high-volume contracts.
