At that time, people basically added coffee powder directly to the water, and then filtered the coffee grounds after boiling. Generally, “metal filter” and “cloth filter” were the main methods, but the craftsmanship at that time was not so exquisite. There was always a thick layer of fine coffee powder at the bottom of the filtered coffee liquid. Currently, there are two common specifications of filter paper, small filter paper for 1-2 people and large filter paper for 3-4 people. If a large filter paper is placed on a small filter cup, it will cause inconvenience in water injection.
